Articolul de mai jos se refera la colectarea informatiilor de care are nevoie furnizorul/instalatorul pentru a alege camerele potrivite si pentru a hotara amplasarea corecta a acestora.

Este recomandat ca proiectantul sistemului de supraveghere video sa raspunda la urmatoarele intrebari:

1. Care sunt caracteristicile locatiei care urmeaza sa fie supravegheata video? Imparte locatia in mai multe zone in functie de activitatea desfasurata (parcare, receptie, zona incarcare marfuri, deposit, etc) sau de importanta strategica (intrare principala, casierie, automat, etc) unde se pot obtine imagini de calitate menite sa ajute politia la identificarea infractorului; de exemplu, pentru supraveghere perimetrala se recomanda camere cu bataie mare a irurilor precum GIP-VK60, GIP-80E sau GIP-A40
2. Ce activitate doresti sa supraveghezi? Furt/furt din buzunare, trafic clienti, intrare neautorizata, vandalism, securitate publica, etc
3. Care este scopul supravegherii video? Nivelul de detaliu: identificare, supraveghere perimetrala, detectie, etc (vezi articolul aici)
4. Care este viteza de deplasare a subiectului: redusa (birou) sau ridicata (magazine)?
5. Identifica problemele operationale cu privire la monitorizarea in timp real:

-  cine realizeaza monitorizarea: personal calificat, personal numit, etc?

-  cand: la program, in permanenta, doar noaptea, etc?

-  unde: local (incapere adecvata, aerisita, cu acces controlat, etc), de la distanta, pe telefon mobil?

- pe cine contacteaza operatorul la alarma? Cine este factorul de decizie: directorul societatii, seful de magazin, serviciile de urgenta, etc?

6. Defineste cerintele sistemului

- alertare la alarma: sonora, vizuala,etc

- vizualizare timp real: tip monitor (plasma, lcd, tv, monitor pc), numar ferestre (16 sau 9, in functie de tipul de activitate),etc

- inregistrare: timp de pastrare a inregistrarilor (de obicei 30 de zile), inregistrare peste sau de la capat cu stergerea celor mai vechi fisiere, calitatea imaginii, numarul de cadre pe secunda pe canal,etc

- exportarea fisierelor cu inregistrari: functii de export al fisierelor video, acces terta persoana, transfer prin usb, copiere CD/DVD, player, etc

7. administrare sistem:

- constrangeri: legislatie, autorizare instalare, etc

- probleme juridice: autoritatea pentru protectia datelor personale, etc

- mentenanta: reparatii, ajustari, verificari, garantie, actualizare soft, viata produselor, etc

- resurse: personal, program instruire, consumabile, spatiu dedicat,etc

Importer - not just a middleman

Importer - "someone whose business involves importing goods from outside (especially from a foreign country)" (Thesaurus dictionary) and "a person, country or company that buys products from another country in order to sell them" (Cambridge dictionary).

Whether it is clothes, food or cctv cameras, our business is not as simple and straightforward as its definition may make it to be...and when cctv products are concerned - far from it! The video surveillance market is wide and consists of various articles that range from small, simple and unchanged for decades (power supplies, accessories....) to complex and dynamic products (cctv cameras, IP cameras, dvr boards, standalone dvrs) to latest developed technologies (IP megapixel cameras, over 600tvl cameras, HD standalone dvr...).

Yes, it is a technology driven market and latest technologies make the rules! Who remembers VCRs, multiplexers and cctv monitors? They have all been replaced in the past decades by dvr boards, DVR standalone and PC monitors. How about cctv cameras? They were big, they had CMOS video boards and they were black/white because the color video boards were too expensive. Now can be fitted with color CCD which can go up to 1020x596 pixels (Effio dsp of Sony), zoom lens and can connect to internet (IP cameras).

We consider ourselves importers of technology and we feel responsible for the quality of products we bring to our country. Therefore we have set up our own set of rules regarding the products we import and offer to clients: all cameras must have color CCDs, 420tvl is the lowest video resolution accepted, the CCDs must be of latest generation, we only purchase from manufacturers which can provide CE, ROHS certification for their products and have R&D team. We check the products and observe how they function in order to anticipate any problems our clients could have and have the answer at hand - from client's point of view it is very important to have your problems solved quickly and correctly and we feel this is the professional thing to do.

Every quality focused importer should first purchase sample products: we conduct quality and functionality check on the sample products to make sure they deliver according to specifications sheet. We feedback our observations to the manufacturer and very often they improve their products as a result. It is of paramount importance to us to standby the products we sell and simply like them - their features as well as their appearance, in order to continue our business relationship with the respective supplier. As a consequence to this principle, we stopped our relationship with two suppliers because the quality of their products has decreased or we felt we couldn't rely on the supplier's support.

The other important relationship is with our clients - may they be professional installing companies or end-users. We provide technical consultancy free of charge to both type of clients in accordance with their needs, trying to achieve a balance between what they need, what they expect, what the current technology can offer them and what they can afford to pay. We feel that the responsibility of professional installing companies is to inform the end-users in respect of what the cctv products can or cannot do, but we are happy to do it ourselves when asked!

At the end of the day, the ultimate satisfaction is to get the call back - the client says he likes the product and wants to keep supplying from our company.

Ia-ti casa cu tine, pe telefonul mobil!

In viata moderna, telefonul mobil a devenit un accesoriu indispensabil, un instrument complet pentru comunicare, stocare informatii, entertainment, care inlocuieste cu succes calculatorul, portofelul si poate fi un accesoriu la moda. Nevoia de acces instant la informatii a omului activ n-a putut fi ignorata nici de industria producatoare de echipamente pentru sisteme de supraveghere video.

Dupa calculatorul de acasa sau de la serviciu, telefonul mobil este cea mai noua platforma prin intermediul careia posesorul unui sistem de supraveghere video alcatuit din camere de supraveghere video si un dvr standalone isi poate accesa sistemul de la distanta prin internet. Termenul folosit pentru monitorizarea prin telefon mobil este 3G, iar telefonul trebuie sa fie smartphone si sa opereze pe unul din urmatoarele sisteme: Windows Mobile, Android, Iphone, Symbian si Blackberry.  Astfel, posesorul sistemului de supraveghere video poate verifica activitatea surprinsa de camere si inregistrata de dvr la orice ora din zi si din noapte!

Incepand cu anul 2011, toate DVR-urile standalone importate de firma noastra ACCENT G.I.P., au posibilitatea de a fi accesate prin internet pe telefonul mobil. Conectarea se face prin instalarea in telefonul mobil a unui program realizat de producatorul dvrurilor. Acest program este livrat direct in App store (Iphone) sau pe CDul care insoteste dvr-ul (Windows mobile. Android, Symbian, Blackberry).

In cazul Iphone, utilizatorul descarca si instaleaza gratuit programul care exista in app store, apoi se conecteaza la dvr cu urmatoarele informatii: adresa de IP, numele alocat dvr-ului, port, nume utilizator si parola de acces la dvr. 
Pentru telefoanele mobile care ruleaza pe Windows Mobile, Android, Symbian si Blackberry, programul se afla pe CD si trebuie descarcat si instalat de asemenea pe telefon.  Conectarea se realizeaza in acelasi fel.

Ce operatiuni poate face utilizatorul pe telefonul mobil? Poate sa vizualizeze inregistrari, sa opereze camere de supraveghere video cu PTZ*, sa faca screenshoturi, sa seteze dvr pentru iesirea pe internet, sa selecteze canalele video, sa vizualizeze full screen.

Nota:
DVR (digital video recorder) = dispozitiv la care se conecteaza intre 4/8/16 camere de supraveghere video, a carui functie principala este de a inregistra (pe hdd) imaginile furnizate de camere. 
PTZ (pan,tilt,zoom) = camera de supraveghere video care poate fi comandata de la distanta pentru a se deplasa pe orizontala (pan), verticala (tilt) si pentru a apropia imaginea (zoom).
